OUR BILLING POLICY

Our goal is to have a client who is happy with the services rendered and the fees charged. Our hourly rates are competitive and vary with the experience of the lawyer. We normally bill monthly with an adequate description of the services rendered and the time expended by the lawyer or law clerk rendering the service. To increase client satisfaction, we do not bill all time spent on a client’s behalf; however, we try to reflect all time expended in the bill so the client may be aware of our efforts. Fee agreements are usually reduced to writing in the form of a contract or a verbal agreement may be confirmed by letter. We normally do not bill meals during travel, postage by ordinary mail, phone expenses, long distance calls, auto mileage, or copy costs in the client’s behalf.
